All our sets are made to order, and therefore:
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
• Size changes, design changes, or preference-based exchanges are not possible after order confirmation.

Custom Orders
All customized and made-to-measure orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, as they are created specifically according to your individual requirements.Damaged or Defective ProductsIn the rare event that you receive a product with significant damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process such a concern:
• Share clear photos and/or videos of the damaged product.
• Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.Once verified, our team will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a repair or replacement, at our discretion.Important Notes

• Claims made after the specified time frame will not be entertained.
